 Lotus Notes Printing Issue
I have a huge issue that i cannot fix. I have spent weeks on forums searching for something that could help me come to a conclusion on this matter. Anyway my problem is we just upgraded our users to Lotus 8.5.1 from Lotus 7 and i have no idea why when my users and myself try to print out an email it comes in very small print the normal print size is 12 but when it spits out of the printer it looks to be 9. I did find a work around on this though, if we right click on the email and select edit then print out the document everything is fine. Something is up my IT manager and I are stumped and we have gotten no help really on the IBM forums other than check your printer settings, my response to them is if it was my printer setting i would have had the same issue on 7 as i do now on 8.5 but i do not so how could it be my printer settings? I highly doubt that of the 100 + users i have that ALL OF THEM are hit with this issue and a simple printer setting is the problem when we never touched the printer.

Answer Wiki:
The issue is that when you are in the email itself and not in preview the email is printed incorrectly. But in preview or just the inbox view it works fine. See the FP1 notes below. Lotus Notes/Domino 8.5.1 Fix Pack 1 Release Notice January 26, 2010 <b>+SPR# VNTR7XUFXC - Print Preview of an opened SMTP mail message was not displaying letterhead properly. The letterhead image was missing and the To:/From: appeared as unformatted text. This regression was introduced in 8.5. </b>
