If u open an email and print it the formatting is off and probably there’s a big gap between header & body of the message (This bugs in 8.5.1, don’t know whether there is any remedy for),in ur case try this trick…. fire print the same message without open the message and hope the print appears fine. OR click file > preference > basic notes client Conf and now disable embedded browser for mail(mime).
Even u can use pdfmaker to convert one / emails or entire folders of mails to a merged pdf / pdf package. Within this package, each mail appears as a separate pdf file.
The pdfmaker conversion settings can determine whether mails r merged into one cont pdf / assembled into a pdf package.

Thanks for your answer, but it didn’t work. It happened to all messanges. I tried your suggestion but the print output is still html script. I also have change the preferences but can’t find out your suggestion (maybe this feature is disabled by administrator).
Any other suggestions?

Have u tried PDFMaker !! Just installed adobe acrobat latest version and u can set to overcome ur issue. Remember, this time u have to install LN and AA under same user a/c.

I have tried doro pdf maker and showed the same problem. the output is still in html script. My big question is this phenomenon only happen to 2 PCs of 64

Sorry for my late response, actually I did not observe again this thread, so far I am sorry for that.
I don’t know about doro pdf maker…. is it possible to use adobe product. I don’t know, but u can look here for further info. If it happens only 2 pc, it is better to ask ur lotus admin / person who takes care about ur systems.

Dear Rechiil,
Thanks for your reply. I really appreciate that.

We had a similar issue with some of our clients. As a first workaround, we had them print from the view or folder, instead of opening the document first. We actually got different print dialogs (without the Preview button) when trying to print from the document. If that approach helps, there is a notes.ini setting that fixed it on a more permanent basis.
BrowserRenderPrintNotes=1

@EAJewett
Where should I find setting file “notes.ini” ? are there any explanations to read the setting? so I can explore more function
