 Lotus Notes – Out of Office feature missing from menu.

My client says the "out of office" option does not appear in “Actions > Tools". Other colleagues seem to have it.

This can happen if the user's name does not match the mail file's owner (tools->preferences) For example, John Doe/Marketing/Acme becomes John Doe/Sales/Acme, or Jane Doe/Sales/Acme becomes Jane Smith/Sales/Acme and the mail file owner is not updated.
