Try out this….
1. Open Lotus Notes > Tools > Rules > Create new rule
2. Click drop-down menu > click Create Condition & then click Select all documents > add
Remember, condition should appear under When all mail arrives
3. Click Specify Actions & Send Copy to
NOTE: Here can specify locations that to forward messages to
4. Click Actions & specify what emails would like to forward
5. Select Finish
