		<description><![CDATA[Not enough details, like versions/OS, however, this cause might be occur if the current user id does not have access, by ACL to required .nsf database. or could not open due to absence of admin as he/she protects nsf for security reason and as he/she needs to secure data from unwanted/illegal&#160; users. Another issue might be recently changed of thing that Mcfee&#160; upgraded to their version virusscan 8.5i (depends if u r using). To overcome this issue, plz try this, but before doing this, plz and plz take all necessary backups of ur data first !!1st generate a new bookmark file using the user&#039;s notes id can resolve this
issue. This can be done by renaming / deleting the bookmark.nsf in the
data folder /directory and after that restart LN. Remember, the bookmark.ntf file must be present in the same folder. OR tell ur admin to reset ACL of the bookmark.nsf, and setting the user as manager.&#160;]]></description>
