Hi, Can anybody help me out to solve the following issue please? When i try to access my mails it says my id file does not exist, but it is there in notes/data folder.And when i try to setect the server using Ctrl+O and giving the server name and path am getting the following error message "YOU ARE NOT AUTHORISED TO USE THIS SERVER ". so please help me out to access my lotusnotes mails. For past one week am unable to access my lotusnotes mail. Expecting a Prompt reply from the you guys.

    You may refer this article which discusses the problem and provides solution: http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21113535 Sometimes this error can also be occurred due to the corruption in Lotus domino server .nsf file. In this case, you need to use a NSF file recovery software to repair and fix the issue.
