In the last six or seven weeks, I've had a problem crop up that's driving us crazy.
In a controlled access section, I have a box (Approved?), which when checked, automatically saves the document and sends an e-mail with doc link to the next person in the approval cycle, another controlled access section.
I've used the same form through Notes 3, 4, 5, and now 6.51. It has always worked fine.
Now, the e-mail notification almost always works, but sometimes doesn't work. The documents are being approved by diffent people, and sent to different people.
I've added in a test ID as a bcc and neither the identified recipient nor the test id are getting the emails - some of the time.
I've checked the Notes email log, and there is no record of the documents being sent - yet a hidden "trigger" field, which is set to Yes when the user clicks the approved button and sends the email, is triggered to yes in all the documents I've examined.
Any ideas as to what's going on? I'm at the stage where I've checked everything I know, and ran all the tests I can think of.
