I have one user that when she replies to an email in Notes 6.5.3 the email gets removed from the inbox and gets put in the all documents view. When I opened up the same mail file on another pc it does not happen.

Check to see if the Inbox is set to Show Unread Only. If that’s not it, then make sure the Inbox isn’t sorted by the column that displays the icons for indicating the message has been replied to.

    Hi., First Check the setting at the client PC. If all the settings are correct. The option is to reconfigure it. Do Not un-Install. But open the Notes.ini, Leave out first 7 lines and delete rest of the lines. Then re-open the notes client. This prompt for you for configuration. proceed with the configuration as normally. I think this should solve your problem. Reg Unni

    What sometimes seems to help in situations like this is removing cache.ndk, and if that doesn't solve it desktop6.ndk (or moving it out of the data directory so you can restore it if it doesn't work to prevent having to add the users applications to the workspace again.
