 Lotus Notes Client Archive Error
Lotus Client, Lotus Notes, Lotus Notes archive, Lotus Notes errors
I have an User when he is trying to open up any old emails from the Archive he gets the following error "Dup;icate PUBLIC name OVERQUOTATITLE in USE module CheckQuotas", He has keep on hitting OK multiple time until he gets the email open. Any ideas.

First of all try the following : http://expertanswercenter.techtarget.com/eac/expertAnswer/0,295208,sid63_gci1096923,00.html Replace the design if it was a template. Make a backup of the design if you are not sure - safety first Get the user to close down Notes or at least close database and do a F5 and relogin in. If the problem continues Compact the database, close Notes and try deleting the CACHE.NDK in the Notes Data directory and restart Notes.

First take backup of archive file & then create new archive with the same name and transper all old mail with the help of Xcopy command.
