 Lotus Notes Calender does not show data

Hi all, I have got weird issue for lotus notes calender. I have calender view which rosters staff in Lotus R5. When I want to print this calender, it prints OK but does not show any data inside it eventhough there are 5 to 6 entries each day. I am also selecting the correct time period. Can anyone please tell is there any other configuration need to be? My calender view displays 5 entries in each day. Can it be the problem? Help is really appreciated

I've seen this before when the length of time of the appointment/meeting was < 5 minutes or so. The time length is not long enough to show up in the view. Try taking one of the appointments/meeting and setting the time to 1 hour. I bet it will show up in the view.

sorry, have to ask questions. Do I understand correctly, the items on the calendar are visible when you look at the calendar in the Notes client, just not when you print? Also, are you just trying to print them as they appear in the view, thus you are printing the view – or the individual calendar items?

Thanks for the response.

In regards to your questions, I can see all items in the calender in Notes Client.

When I right click on calender and click on print, it prints current view correctly but does not show any data into it.

My default view is for 7 days and please note I am using Lotus R5 Client.

So I am trying to print them as they appear in the view.

It would be great if you suggest any hint on this.

Hi View is based on the forms entry.

For example, Form has date field which is selected by different users.

I have calender view that mentions date field,duration and description.

Calender view shows me correct entries.

But when I select print, it does not print any record.

Any idea on this please
