I know it knows the timezone I’m in - the question is - what timezone(s) is it looking at when scheduling something for someone in California, Arizona, Texas and New York? If it shows green for everyone for 1:00 MST then everyone declines becuase they say they are not available even though the calendar shows green.

Domino will use your adjacent document to find their fre time but he will not look at their time zone he will take the time zone of the meeting organizer. so if you look a free time for some one that is in a different time zone you have to look further in his calendor to see if his available Domino will not do that.

You can utilize the “specify a different time zone” option if you know their time zone.

If you try to set up a meeting with someone in a different time zone, it will show availability in YOUR time zone, but this SHOULD show exactly what you want to see - if a person is unavailable at say 10 AM your time, that means they’re unavailable at 3 PM their time if that is the time difference. So, it converts the availability to show in YOUR time zone. Hope this helps!
