this might be a dumb question, but i'm going to ask anyway. when you archive in lotus notes, will it only archive what is in a lotus notes account . . . can archive tap into one's desktop and archive documents on the desktop during the archive process? just wondering . . . i have work documents on my desktop that i don't want archived. so in essence, during lotus notes archive, am i only archiving my emails located on the server? bear with me. new lotus notes user.

Hi, Yes, Lotus Notes archiving will only archive Lotus docs, not other kinds. Of course, if you have attachments that are other types of documents in your Lotus docs, it will archive those. //Dan
