 Lotus Notes Agent that will update from server mailfile to local copy

Hi, I am in need of assistance with this subject requirement. My Manager wants to automate a process. He has a local copy of his server mailfile, and wishes to have any new mail received from the server automatically copied into his local mailfile periodically (say once per week). Can anyone assist me with creating such an agent? Thanks in advance

Hi, If you are having a local replica of the mail file of the server on your local system, you just need to enable schedule replication under "Replication" tab in the location document.
