Lotus notes agent: copy newly received email to other account
Hi,
Am trying to figure out on how do i automate the copy and paste of my emails from lotus notes account to other account on lotus notes application.
I added gmail account in the lotus notes application, am trying to copy the newly received email (everytime new email comes in) from my lotus notes account and paste it to the gmail inbox.
Am doing this manually at the moment i.e. copy the email from inbox A and paste it to inbox B.
I thought i can just copy to folder but the copy to folder only allow me to see folders in the particular account only. any help?

Answer Wiki:
Check out Filtering new mail using rules in the Lotus Notes Help. This will help you create a SEND COPY TO Mail rule. Or create a COPY TO agent to work on new mail in your inbox.

I tried using rule but apparently it has been disabled by my administrator.
Tried using agent simple action which sends a copy of the newly received email to another database. Selected my gmail.nsf as the target database but i couldnt find the copied mail anywhere in my gmail.

In fact, Rules are getting disabled by Admins for Security Related reasons … However, the only ways to do it are either the rules or the simplified agent

But let me ask you a question Why would you like all emails to be moved to the Gmail Account ? In other words , if it there is a business related reason I recommend you to involve the Administrator .
