Lotus Notes Address won't sync with BB


BlackBerry, Lotus Notes 6.x, Lotus Address Book

My blackberry will not reflect the changes/ folders that I make in my Lotus Notes Address Book. when I manaully push the sync lotus notes gets the info from the bb but the bb gets nothing.
Can anyone help, I have did all the steps and everything is setup correctly.

Hi,

Open BB Enterprise Server console. Open person record. go to PIM Sync. On Address Book tab,change synchronization type to Bidirectional. I think in your case it would be "Device to Server". Send service book after changes.
