Lotus Notes address book sync with Outlook

I have changed job but due to short notice period I was only able to get hold of address book (names.nsf). Please help to sync this file with Outlook without reinstalling Lotus Notes again.

    You can follow the below given steps to convert lotus notes address book to outlook: 1. First transfer the lotus notes names.nsf file to tab delimited file 2. start microsft application. 3. Go to file>Click Export and import menu 4. Click Next 5. Now, Choose import from another program or file. 6. Select Comma seperated values. 7. Click Browse 8. Type*.* in the File name box then, click OK 9. Click the tab delimited file, click OK 10. Go to Contact folder then, click next. 11. Click 'Map Custom Fields'. 12. Click Finish. This will give you a converted file that can be easily imported into Outlook.
