Lotus Notes 8.5 Replicate Names.nsf

Hi
Please can you help. I am desperately trying to replicate Names.nsf so that I can access my contacts offline. As it is completely different to version 6.5 I just cant find out how to do this. (I know I do need to go on training, however, this is really urgent) Can you help?

Not quite sure what you're trying to do. Are you literally trying to replicate names.nsf? If so, to where? A laptop? Or, are you trying to sync your contacts with your mail file, so that you can have access to them when reading your mail in a browser? Or a blackberry?

AH Ha, thanks for your question, I have managed to find the answer. I needed to select the , Advanced Menu. This will then show the Replic option when going into Replication.

If you want to replicate names.nsf do the follwing :

1- Open the Names.nsf
2- File
3-Replication
4-Replicate
5-Replication with Options

And it will work ….
