Hello,
I just installed Lotus Notes all clients advanced 8.02 over 8.01 and when I try to open my mail box I get this message CAN'T FIND VIEW...I already replaced mail design and so far the only way that I can get to my mail is by selecting my mailbox in workspace, Hold Crtl+Shift down, choose View >Goto and select InBox in the view dialog. Also I reinstalled it!!
Any ideas!!!

I had a similar issue with 8.1.5. I had made no significant changes in recent memory – just logged in one day and got the “Can’t find view” error when trying to open the mail tab. I tried recreating the cache.ndk file with no change. Recreating the bookmark.nsf file resolved the issue indeed!
