User has HP laptop, WINXPsp2 using Lotus Notes. When user prints a mail message he gets a calendar page instead. He reads the message, clicks on the printer icon then gets a calendar page instead. It doesn't happen every time, but randomly. I have watched him do it. He uses no specific pattern, just read the message then prints it from the printer icon.
Also, when he reads one message and moves it to a folder or deletes it, it doesn't necessarily go right to the next message, it might skip one or two then go to the next one. He reads his messages in decending (from bottom to top) order.
Any ideas on what's going on??

What does IBM say? If you haven’t opened a PMR with IBM, why are you posting the question here?
Just wondering. And, sorry, I have no idea why this is happening.
What have you done to address it?
Shift + F9 rebuilds the view. You could try that.
You could compact the database and/or the workspace. You could remove the database icon from your workspace, compact the workspace, then add it back. You could rename the desktop file and re-open Notes so a new one would get created.
Or run nfixup.exe and ncompact .exe against the mail database. Check help for options.
Hope any of this helps.
