Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

Steps To Do :

Create > Hotspot > Button , Name the Label as “Yes” , Select Client & Simple Actions .

Once you selected Simple action you have option called “Add Action” at the bottom of  Button Panel , select it.
it will open ups a new Window , from Action Select “Send Mail Message” From the drop Down & Add your email address & Subjects as “YES” , Then Save & close .
Similarly create a new Button called “NO” Repeat  the again . this time in the Subject change it as “NO” .

Welcome to ITKE, LotusNotes8! I believe this process will help you out with your problem:
    • Select the text you want to act as the action hotspot.
    • Click Create > Hotspot > Action Hotspot (A programmer's pane should open)
    • Click the hotspot info tab
    • If the link needs a certain frame, specify it in "Frame"
    • Select "Simple Actions" and then click add action
    • Choose your action and then click add
    • Click File > Save

    Good luck!
