I have one user who has problems archiving his email when the archive nsf file reaches 200MB. He would then need to create another new archive which will only take 200MB of archived mails. Is there anywhere I can find the setting to remove this limitation? Could email to flee.cimb@gmail.com if anyone has any solution? Already upgraded his lotus notes client from 8.0.2 to 8.5.3 and his mail template is dwa7.

Software/Hardware used:
Lotus Notes 8.5, Lotus Notes 8.02

Does the user have a 200mb quota as part of the Lotus Notes config anywhere... check Notes.ini etc.Is there a setting in the mail file template.... are you using a very old ODS?

In addition to, the suggetions of Gabe9527 I would suggest if you check the ACL of the user on his database .. Is he a " Manager" ??? Moeover, Is there any error message appearing when the Archive database reaches 200 MB?

There is a 200MB quota set on his mail.nsf but no such quota for archived mail. Archived mail sits on his PC's D drive so that should not affect. Tried checking under ACL but there seems to have been no other limitation set. His account is set to "Editor" with the following rights : - Create documents- Delete documents- Create personal folders/views- Create shared folders/views- Read public documents- Write public documents- Replicate or copy documentsAnyhow, now he is able to archive more than 200MB of data, but find that when he tries to archive mails with attachment more than 2MB he will hit error that says database is full.Any idea where else can I check and change this archive settings?

The Archive is a copy of the settings placed on the live Mailbox. Either install the admin client on the machine and use this to check for Quota of the local DB - or just create a new DB copu all the documents into this and archive to there.
