Answer Wiki:
Solution: What is required : You want to be able to run the Domino server fix software against the Database but not placing it on a server. *** NOTE *** Please Note this is not fool proof and the fixup etc can also fail on the server. Copy the following applications from the servers program directory ncompact nfixup nupdall then Start a Command Prompt (Start > RUN > type CMD) Change to the location of the Lotus Notes program directory eg C:Documents and Settings Type CD.. (two dots) then c: CD Program files then C:program Files cd Lotus then C:Program FilesLotus cd Notes then run the following Nfixup -i (DB Path) Ncompact -d (DB path) NUpdall -r (DB path) ***Warning *** you may get a Log.nsf error. This is looking for this so it can log any errors during this task. You can copy and paste the users log.nsf to the desired location to stop this error.

Try any of these methods as mentioned here:
http://www-12.lotus.com/ldd/doc/domino_notes/Rnext/help6_admin.nsf/f4b82fbb75e942a6852566ac0037f284/806687caf1b30a5185256c1d0039b7f2?OpenDocument

If the above methods do not work for you, use a third party Lotus notes recovery software like Stellar Phoenix Lotus notes recovery to repair the corrupted database.
