Hi, I have a user that has been experiencing problems with her mail heirarchy. She has had folders move from one hierarchy to another and for some folders create duplicates that do not have any emails contained in them. The user tries to fix the issue daily but after she closes notes her heirarchy reverts back.

Software/Hardware used:
Lotus Notes 7.0.2

Hi ,,,   Firstly, you are the Lotus Domino Administrator,,, Did you try  to run the following commands against the database of this user ? Load fixup -f mail\database of the user Load updall -r mail\database of the user Load compact -C mail\database of the user . Secondly, did you try to uninstall the lotus notes client of this user then re-install or re-install anohter version like 7.0.4 Finally, this Lotus notes7.x is out of support by IBM and it is highly recommended to upgrade to the Lotus Notes 8.5.x version. http://www-10.lotus.com/ldd/dominowiki.nsf/dx/UC1_TableofContents.htm So, I highly recommend an upgrade to 8.5.3 Regards.
