Lotus notes 6.5 email internal forwarding to exchange 2003


Lotus Notes 6.x, Exchange 2003, Exchange interoperability

I have Lotus notes 6.5 email server with a domain Abc.com and also i have exchange server with a domain XYC.com. Both domino server and exchange are installed in the same location with local network connection. Now i want to create a local connector for both of them so that emails going to and coming in to both domain will delivered locally instead of going to the internet. Please can anyone suggest or help me on how to setup this scenario. Thanks in advance.
