anyone can help me some times in lotus notes whenever user try to login in lotus notes the error comes unknow erroe from icc i have done all the related things like copy another copy of icc file it work for some time but after restart the system same error is coming . i also reinstall the lotus notes in another drive before this del all registery file of the lotus notes from the system but after restart same error is showing .. I also format the system two or more times but same error was coming hence i was change the hard drive but i want resolution if anyone have . thax saif khan

Make sure a java is installed. Rename the icc folder in Lotus folder, then reinstall Notes client and select repair option.

    Things to think about if the error is happening after reinstall and deletion from the machine - with the possibility that the error follows the user.

    Is the user now or has the user ever been set for roaming - if yes then it is likely this is causing the issue - ie why it keeps coming back.

    If YES then delete the roaming set for the user and recreate the Bookmarks.nsf on the local profile then recreate roaming information. This should mean that the data is not clean and fresh and will not come back.
