Lotus Notes: 2 Copies of same mail in sent folder


Notes/Domino certification, Lotus Domino

Hello!

One of my client is facing a little problem, When ever he sends a mail out, Lotus Notes sends 2 copies of that mail to his sent folder. When i tried from different computers, it resulted differently. At one it worked ok with single copy but another (different from client's) computer it sent 2 copies. What could be the reason at clients?

Hi, please check the client's Lotus Notes settings. It is under File->Preferences->User Preferences->Mail.

Compare it with the other computer's LN settings.

You might also try replacing the mail file design, running fixup on it, etc.
