Is it possible to update signature of all lotus notes users?? my requirement is to add company to the signature of all lotus notes mail users.I dont want to send mail to everyone to update their signature. (chance of skipping by someone) Is there any way to accomplish this thru admin task?? pls suggest

You could write an agent which updates the calendar profile for every user who needs a signature. If all clients are 8.5x then you could update the rich text item on the calendar profile, otherwise you have to built the signature with HTML or plain text. See the calendar profile.

i thought of adding a new line on the top of disclaimers message…but this signature is updated only fir external emails..bt not for interna,,,im comfused :(
