Lotus Notes 6.5.4
We use a designed signature created in word saved as a html file the uploaded into Lotus.  Problem...one user when I upload it...it keeps double spacing.  It is not ds in the word file or in the html doc.  The DS comes from Lotus under text properties found under the above spacing, nothing is set there.  I don't know how to set that as single spacing and make it the default for the user/program.  Any suggestions?  I have reinstalled lotus.  I have not found this issue anywhere else!  No luck searching the net.  i have created a default paragraph style but had no luck getting that to work as a default that applied to all emails.  I am SOL.  Can anyone in cyberspace help me?

Answer Wiki:
Not sure if it will help but I had the same problem in Lotus Notes 6.5.4. I solved it by opening the signature file in Word again, then saving as 'web page, filtered' instead of just 'web page'. Now whenever I add the signature it looks as it should. Still not sure how to set it as a default signature though.
