 Lotus mail address problem
I have one user - (running lotus 6.5 on clients and servers) - whenever they send out an email via the internet their address is dispalayed as xxxx_xxxx/domainname%domainname@domain.org all others go out correctly as xxxx.xxxx@domainname.org I have deleted and readded their id and mailbox but still get the problem - any clues? thanks

Your global domain document determines how the internet address is formed when it is not specified elsewhere (such as the Notes client location document) In the Global Domain Document > Conversions > Internet Address Lookup make sure it is enabled, then select the domino domain posision to Right of @ and the domino domain separator to "." then restart the router (I think it only requires the router restart, but it may be a Domino Server restart) Also set their internet address in their person document on the server. After you did stuff that jvpaton wrote, check Location Preferences local on Lotus clients (File –> preferences –> Location preferences), Basic Tab, check what is written on “Internet mail address:” parameter. It should be same stuff what you wrote on Domino server in Personal document of the user.
