I have lotus Domino/notes 6.5 installed and running. I am currently using SMTP to send messages to outside the organization. I have a group "Daily" with 200 internet contacts which i reguraly send email to. The problem i have is that when i send email to that group, each recipient recieves the email as From: myname@mydomain.com To: Daily I would like each reciepient to have his email address in the To field together with the group name, From: myname@mydomain.com To: "Daily" <reciepient@domain.com> Is there anyway I can do it?

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

Hello.
I think you have to use the mailing list’ ID. This one belong to the mail’ database. So, in that case, the destination recipient will receive the mails with the id mail base’s name.
Hope this can help you.

You may have to modify the design of the Memo form as described in this IBM technote #158327: http://www-1.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?rs=463&context=SSKTMJ&context=SSKTWP&q1=expand+group&uid=swg21086738&loc=en_US&cs=utf-8&lang=en

Why not just put the group name in the BCC field, Notes (unlike Outlook) is capable of sending a message with nothing in the "To" field. Before sending the message you might want to press F9 (refresh) which will expand the group members before sending, otherwise, just send it without the group name expanded. HTH Regards Mat
