Lotus Domino journaling and SMTP push to an external archiver


Lotus Domino Server 6.x, Lotus Domino Journal, Lotus Domino 6.x, SMTP, EM hooks, Extension Manager hooks, Lotus Notes Extension Manager

I read this in a support doc:
...
Using EM hooks, developers can customize mail processing. For example, EM hooks to the Journaling task could be used in conjunction with a third-party archiving program to route certain messages directly to an archive center.
...

I would dearly love to know how this can be accomplished. Please help.
