You can refer manly to IBMs free ( redbooks)

http://www.redbooks.ibm.com/portals/lotus

you I highly recommend you to open the ” help” menu of both the “Administrator” and “Designer” and read on them .

Best Wishes .

As IBM does not publish PAPER books there aren't that many out there that are any good. The ones you will find are normally not upto date so it would be a waste of money. But the information and PDF's on REDBOOKS are very good. Do not shy away from the Domino Administrator help as this is normally enough with step by step processes and explanations that most can understand. But here is a link to IBM Domino documention site. Domino Documentation https://www.ibm.com/developerworks/lotus/documentation/domino/
