 Lotus Domini Search
Lotus built-in search, Lotus Domino
We are using the build in Lotus Domino Search facility. Full text indexes are build on an hourly basis. However we are experiencing problems with the search results. The last documents in the search results do not contain the search term and the highlighting is totally wrong. Please help!!

You do not describe what steps you have taken so far. First step is to delete and rebuild the FT index. Ensure after the delete step and the .ft folders in the domino server with the same file name of the database have actually been deleted (this requires admin access to the domino server through its OS environment). If this is the db name. dbname.nsf then the full text index files are stored here. dbname.ft.

It could also be that there is an attachment that has the text in it. In this case the document will show in the result set, but it won’t have anything to highlight in the body of the document.
