hi , i have a user here when she send a memo and use the send and file method , it will have duplicate e-mails appear in her inbox. may i know if there is settings to prevent duplicate entry? pls advise , thanks!

    just quick change to the issues stated above..........i found out from the user that the duplicate entry appear is actually appear in the folder option when u use the send and file method. When send and file option is click on, there list of choice of folder like inbox to choose where u want it to file to. And there duplicate folder with same name. There duplicate e-mail also in sent and draft folder. I have done replace design template on the local database but still the same.It also the same on the server sides. Pls advise .....thanks!
