Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

Did you already run a fixup on this mailbox and then a compact ?
Or maybe rebuild the index (Shitft+Ctrl+F9) will be enough ?

Hi, Many times the markers for certain documents remain in the database. I would try a compact on the database and also delete the cache file. //Dan

If there are documents in the view that are not really there run the following command.. Load Updall -r maildbname.nsf If this is on a local disk then you could copy the updall.exe to your Notes clients program directory then run this in a Command prompt. In the command prompt.... Go to the Lotus Program file directory. Cd c:program filesibmlotusnotes then type the command nupdall -r database locationdatabasename This will run the same command but in a shell outside Notes.
