Lost emails
When I download emails from web mail into outlook Kaspersky opens a box with all of the emails that I could download. It allows me to delete the spam from the kaspersky window. However, some of the emails I do want to keep disappear and can only be read from web mail. What do I have turned on that should be turned off...they don't end up in spam or deleted...
