Losing the GUI for Outlook Web Access after login

I am having an issue on Exchange Server 2003. When a user logs on to Outlook Web Access via our secure site, there is no GUI interface. It turns into what looks like a "directory" structure that is completely unuseable.

We also host our website on this server, and when we first put the site up, we lost the whole GUI interface. I simply republished the Remote Access features and it worked great for a few weeks. Now, all of the "Remote" options have the proper GUI interface, and the "Outlook Web Access" login looks proper, but the GUI fails after login just on that part.

Please help as I cannot figure out why it does not work!!
