I want to know about the VoIp

1. Technology implementation and any known issues while implementing
2. Good vendor list for procurement
3. Any case studies for VOIP implementation.

As a Company
VoIP is it being widely used in the UK? Will we make savings in the UK.
Or is it still knew, companies are still slow to make the change.
I was led to believe it would only be beneficial to companies that have offices or departments spread over large areas or Nationwide, and many home workers.
If consolidating to one site, would there be ROI especially if calls are National rather than International.
A few answers would be of great help…

For basic VoIP connectivity you can download Skype free of charge from http://www.skype.com.
