Looking for tool to report on number of mail folders per mail file
Anyone knows of a tool to read the total number of mail folders in a Notes mail file? (I know you can go to design-folders but I'm looking for a tool that will read it from the database(s) and come back with the total. Thanks in advance.

If you have any lotusscript experience you could write an agent which could collate the information for you and report on it in a central db. The only problem you could hit is trying to access a private folder or view, you would need an error handler for that. Try notesdatabase.views testing against the isfolder property.
Other than that there are probably several 3rd party tools which would do it for you.
