Looking for the user interface in SQL Server 2005 Developer Edition

SQL Server 2005, Enterprise Manager, User Interface, UI, SQL Server Enterprise Manager

I just installed SQL Server 2005 Developer Edition and I can’t find the user interface. I’m looking for the place I’d type queries as I did in SQL Server 2000 Enterprise Manager. Where can I find the UI?

That would be the SQL Server Management Studio. Start > Programs > Microsoft SQL Server 2005 > SQL Server Management Studio. If you don't see it there, run through the installer again and select to install the client tools. You'll find it on the page with the list of services. It's the check box at the bottom. It is no longer installed by default.
