Recovery Manager for Exchange can do most of this. There may also be some forensic e-discovery tools that can do this sort of pre-trial analysis, but I'm not aware of any others.

Joe,

Why not just write a macro for Outlook? You can open the PST directly in Outlook. Then run a macro that collects the information you require, and print the results. It isn’t hard to do, and you could likely find an Office-literate programmer in your area who would be glad to work with you to get this done quickly.

If you can’t find someone locally, send me an e-mail, and I will find someone for you that can do this quickly.
