I work for a small company (we are a group of five software engineers) into software testing and we are looking out for a test management software which has in-built live reporting and centralized repository systems. Can someone suggest a test management system with these features?

I second David08′s suggestion to look at Zephyr. The problem with “the big guys” (Mercury, Rational , …) is that often you have to adopt the process that they are designed for, and have to get involved with more tools that you may really eed. That was my problem when doing a trade study for Test Management/Documentation/Planning tools. I was very impressed by the claims that the beta for this product was making at the time I was looking. They have since done several releases. Unfortunately, my QA group is even smaller than yours and we mde our own wiki for our very limited requirements.
