I am trying to determine if anyone has created a Jacada User Group or would be interested in starting a Jacada User Group. My company currently uses the JIS product.

I would love that as well. About a year and a half ago they were saying that they would have a forums section on the website but that never appeared. I would love to bounce ideas off of other people that use this product.
