I am looking to get certified in Server 2008 70-640 exam. I currently do not hold any certification. My level of Server understanding is intermediate. I am looking for a book that would take me from the ground up in terms of server technologies. So that I may learn the correct terms and understand a little more while I study for the MS Server 2008. Any recommendations out there? Something along the lines of like novice to advance, just to cover the basics, installing, managing etc?
