 Looking for Fiber optic cables manufacture?

I know Verizon offers the services, but what company actually creates/manufactures fiber optic cables. I wanna buy many fiber optic cables and some other fiber optic equipment in bulk. Can anyone help me.....? 
And some company is not really maufactures, they are only the sellers. Please recommed reliable manufacturs. thanx in advance! How about Ingellen manufacturer?? I just came across this site.
