i have a sbs 2003 and it connect to modem to get fax, and iv'e configured him to get users to outlook web access but i want to know if there is a way to see fax on the server from the owa? is there a way that user log on to owa and then can see new fax that arrived? (suppose that he had the required permission) or should i need to create extra html page for it? or customize owa for that? thanks a lot dror.

If your fax server software is MAPI compliant you can redirect faxes to user mailboxes in Exchange. Your fax server software would have information on this. I hope this small amount of information is helpful.

If you use a traditional product like GFIFax that integrates into exchange server, then the faxes will be seen as traditional emails in the users (fax-users) inbox. Otherwise you’ll probably have to create your own HTML code to access Faxes elsewhere.
