I need to be able to look at the results of a query & based on the values in one field (?) on a subform/table enter a Pass/Fail value to the main table. Here is a basic breakdown of what I have: t_Main: table defining dimensional layout requirements. There can be multiple parts of the same part number with multiple dimensions for each part number described in this table. t_Dimensions: Contains the actual records for the layout - which part(s) and what the actual dimension results are for each. I have a query that will tell me based on the t_Main ID what dimensions (if any) failed. I need to be able to pass a final Pass/Fail for the entire layout based on the individual measurements. I hope I explained this well enough... it's over my head on how to do this. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
