Hi i have 250 computer in my network in which lotus notes 7 client is installed out of 250 in 30 computers suddenly instant messaging errors occured.Errors is that user not able to logon in instant messaging server error message is " Logon to instant messaging server failed " all these users are able to login with their own password to check mail but when they login in instant messaging server it shows above error which i have mentioned.i want to know is their is any settings which can make them login to instant server

the passwords for their mail and the sametime server did not synch you may have to create new id's or passwords on the sametime server and synch tthem

Try to reset (if you have Admin rights) to reset the field “Internet Password” in their Personn document in the public adresse book (Domino Directory)
Then replicate the adress book with the SameTime server.
