 Logon failed – you must logon to MS Exchange to access your address book
I have 2003 version - when I go to Word to print "envelopes or labels" - I get the above message I used to be able to drop the address book arrow and get any of my addresses from Contact list - I have never used exchange - and this used to work - I think one of MS updates could of changes this- anyone know how to help me?

Check your profile settings. Your profile should not be set up as an exchange profile. If for some reason it has been changed to that then change it back. If it is not set to that then try creating a new profile and migrating everything from the old one into the new one and then close the old one once it is empty.

How is the profile accessed? Please advise and I check immeditely

I was having issues this morning with a couple of different office applications. After poking around a little I decided to check my firewall and found that after adding exceptions to allow these applications the mail features work perfectly now. Hope this works in your situation.
