Logon Authentication

We have two domain controllers one in USA and the other one in INDIA both are on windows 2003 standard edtion, some of the XP and 2000 clients in USA are authenticating themselves against the domain controller in INDIA, how do we solve this issue and revert back the authenticating servers for clients in USA to the domain controller in USA

You should verify the site-subnet definition on both sites, what is happening is that your clients do not know where they belong. Therefore they logon to the server that is available to them.
Try adding all the subnets for both locations under w2003 site and services tool.
